I am currently working with two of my merchants to install AdWords and Analytics tracking pixels on the conversion page. My question is...for affiliate programs where I'm using PPC, aside from pleading with the often-times very unresponsive merchants to add my pixels...what other options do I have for conversion tracking through AdWords, Yahoo and MSN? I have a CJ account but the two merchants I mentioned above I work directly with. Is there a way to do PPC conversion tracking through CJ? PPC is a waste if you can't track it down to the keyword/ad level so what have you all done as a solution to conversion tracking when you don't have a conversion confirmation page hosted on your site, but rather externally on the merchant's site?
