    Hi All,

I have a firework company and we are not allowed to have adwords for the sale of fireworks, displays are OK, but not retail fireworks.

I've been contacted by a couple of PPC companies who say they know this but as google verified adwords people they are allowed to list certain prohibited items such as pharmaceuticals and fireworks if they verify the legitimacy of the company.

Many other firework companies advertise on google and I'm wondering if this is how they do it?

I do know that if you sell medicinal drugs you need to provide a valid PharmacyChecker ID before Google approves your ads.

Google has a list of other types of products they don't want you to advertise using Adwords. I don't know about this verification of a company you talk about. In your case, I can understand the difference between display and retail fireworks and ask for an exception. Why don't you contact Google?
