I have found that my medium rectangle banner ad which happens to rotate pretty women converts the best. Unfortunately, it is a CPM ad. Which major networks would have pictures of pretty women to entice my male viewers? Nothing adult, but scantily clad is OK. Ideally, the ad would be about 300x250 (medium rectangle), load quickly, and look like a youtube video ad.
