Any idea whats the difference between PPC and PTC? whats good about PPC or PTC..? My friend couple of days ago gave me some referral sites about PTC.. i am confused about PTC and PPC.
PPC pay per click is paying for ads on a click basis on search engines like Google Yahoo and Bing. The traffic is targeted because the users are searching without any compensaton. PTC are biz opp sites where users can earn mone by clicking on advertiser's ads. Buying an ad in these networks are very cheap but because users ae compensated for clicking on your ad, the traffic is often untargeted and only good for certain offers (like biz opp and Internet marketing).
Paid Per Click (Adsense) or Paid To Click (Bux site). I prefer to PTC because it's easy. PPC is good too if you have high traffic and it can be better than PTC! I use NeoBux, PalmBux, and other Bux site for PTC. Then, I use LiJit for PPC. So, how about you? What do you say?
Both the terms are being used synonymously these days but they certainly difer from each other. PPC sites are those such as Adsense, Adbrite etc which pays its publishers when someone clicks on the ad displayed on their website. PTC refers to sites of kind bux.to which most of them are spam. There are tons of such sites but most of them are scam. Few legal ones that I know are bux.to and clixsense.com
