PPC Affiliate program using fake MSN Alert Popup ?

    Hi !

    I'm looking for a PPC Affiliate program using a fake MSN Alert popup window.
    I know adyea does this, but I don't have 20.000 UV per day so I don't qualify. Does anyone know any other networks which do this ?
