Can anyone give me some advice and facts about making a proxy site every site i go to has a List of Proxy Websites i thought that on a Proxy website i would just address the Proxy IP's i did not know that it was a site and how would i go about setting it up onto a site and then putting a link to it? Im a little confused about what to do for it.
