Power Directory - Well Organized Directory - Predicted PR 4

I'm currently selling my well organized web directory.

We have had only positive feedback from users that have submitted their websites, and most of them have contacted us and told us that we provided them a great service.

However, it has a good traffic and it gets quite good uniques a day, well organized, family friendly. We did approve the links very quick, this is so we could get positive feedback, instead of negative.

Offers accepted, however I need serious buyers, and I need to sell it quite quick, thanks.

I didn't say it's actually going to get a Pagerank 4, however It's predicted to be that.
