The url says.. We apologise that service has been interrupted due to major power outages in central London. This has affected our connectivity provider because the length of the outage has exhausted their UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply). While to some extent we are in the hands of EDF energy and our connectivity providers, we are now in the process of transferring backups of affected sites to our unaffected hosting facility at Sovereign house, docklands. We hope to be able to provide resumed service shortly, but the requirement to upload multi-GB databases to the alternative facility prevents us resuming service intstantly. That means they forgot to pay their electric bill but would you stay with them if they said "We forgot to pay our bill so we have to transfer everything elsewhere"?
