heck man think the worst, you are dealing with someone on the net, maybe his mom got sick or his wife was having a baby

The thing is leaving negative iTrades is the only way we can put pression on DigitalPoint. I DID pay for this work and it has not been done. Maybe his mom is sick, maybe he decided that he would do a last scam on DigitalPoint and then leave forever. How can I know?

When you pay for a work and it's not done, should you leave negative iTrade, yes or no? Aren't they done for that?

If the guy would refund my 22$, I would say his service sucks but at least he doesn''t scam me. In the current situation, I paid 22$, nothing has been done and the guy doesn't answer my messages.

well i have no reason to defend him except the fact he has delivered everytime i have used him

you ordered on the 7th or so

the post after him said 1-2 weeks , so give him one more

i am a regular customer and he hardly has time to respond to my email

and come on man, if you consider $22 x how ever many articles a scam, you haven't been properly scammed LOL

I pay him well over any order on here, on a monthly basis and I have never been scammed nor do i expect to be.

just saying, itrader is harsh because you are impatient

you should at least be sure you were scammed.

 

the thing is the seller has an obligation to the buyer to at least communicate, confirm the order has been received and give a date of completion of the project if it's a service...

there is no way I would be happy if I paid for something and then did not hear from the seller within 24 hours of the purchase..it's called customer service!

 

I'm quite new to DigitalPoint and maybe I do not understand all the details. I think of negative iTrade as "bad feedback", like on eBay. Isn't it the case? If I buy something on eBay and never receive it, I'm gonna leave bad feedback. And I'm happy when people leave bad feedback for their bad experiences because I will probably choose to not buy from those sellers. I don't think leaving bad feedback is harsh when you paid for something and it's not done/sent.

Anyway, let's see what adamjthompson will have to say about this.

But trust me I would NEVER do business with someone who would say "man, relaxe, just chill out, you are impatient." after he accepted MY money.

but dont use words like NEVER in your itrade, because that isn't true

for everyone else i am just saying,

in my experience, and it has been a good one

it takes about 3 weeks to get the articles submitted and a few week after that to see the results

you will not get as good an article with as many submissions as this guy.

 

Paid in full in advance over 30 days ago, but have not received any articles. Repeated email inquiries and voicemail got no response till 1 week ago when we received an email apologizing for the delay. Subsequent attempts have not produced any response.

I paid him back in the beginning of may. I asked him to send me the article before he submitted it. I gave him the OK and have not heard back. It's been almost 3 weeks.

I have used him in the past so I am hoping that he has a good reason. The money doesn't really bother me it's just the principle of the whole thing. If you are going to be in business you need to communicate. He was on here on May 23 and never responded to my PM that was sent prior to that date. He must of seen it.

 

Still no news from him. I don't even think about those articles anymore.

I am slow as cold molasseses in January sometimes. Article marketing is kinda a side part of my business, so sometimes I get too busy elsewhere and get way behind, like right now...I'm about a month backlogged.
