Potential Sale - $300+/mo revenue

Due to a few other projects depleting my time I may be selling http://www.blogthat.net.

I would like to see what offers I get as I have no set price in mind yet.

Here are a few notable things:

Completely custom blog hosting script, although crude, it works. I had planned to work on the script to refine it.

Matching Windows Client, http://www.blogthat.net/btclient.php also listed on Download.com, the client allows users to install on their Windows computer and update their blogs from the client.

Multiple highly pageranked pages.

Listed in DMOZ: http://dmoz.org/Arts/Online_Writing/Journals/Resources/Hosts/

Traffic:

Averaging about 100 uniques daily, a few signups a day.

Revenue:

I've sold textlinks at $20/month, with various discounts amounting to about $300. I also make a bit from adsense although I can't determine the exact amount as I have only recently channeled it.

I am in no rush to sell, just testing the waters to see if I can get a decent offer. If I can't I will find the time to invest in the site more. It has extreme potential in my opinion and if nothing else brings in some revenue.

I am interested in buying http://www.blogthat.net, can you give me more details ? I would like to first know hom many blogs are hosted at this moment. Do you have statistics ?? At the blog directory page I don't see a section with blogthat sites but a general blog list.

I first tried to make a blog myself to test but he told me he could not connect to server.

After that I saw that my test website http://www.blogthat.net/african/ was indeed create, but before I changed the layout, it looked very bare boned no advertisements appeared.


Also are all hosted blogs with adsense? Can you change the adsense codes for me if I give you my code?

I was thinking at 100 € (is this acceptable for you) but first the practical details have to be discussed and resolved. I think some guy named Christian jut bought it. Is that you, did you buy it to make a quick buck?? Do you know something about the backbones of the blogthat site? How much hosting does it need?

I'm looking into the errors it would be fixed before a deal was made. The default skin is a bare boned skin which I most likely will change in the next day or so. I am Christian and I bought this site awhile ago intending to develop it more, I have started but I am short on time at the moment.

As for your offer no, that is not even 1 month's revenue. I am looking for more than a months revenue to say the least.

I have had interest in the site however I would like to say I am looking for around 10 months income ($3000). I may let it go for a little less but sorry no I won't let it go for less than one month's income.

I fixed the problems while signing up. If a sale is to be had the buyer will also receive the design and logo I was planning to implement (and will implement if a sale does not go through). I will not be implementing the design into the site because I don't have the time at the moment.

Hi, could you tell me where you get the paying text links from, are you using a broker or are they direct? Will they continue to be viable after the sale?

 

I sold many textlinks right here on DP although I have a few other sources.

I will give the details of the current agreements with the current link holders. Many are to be expired next week although a few have longer terms. If I do not get a good price by then I will not sell the site.

Right now I am looking for $2500 minimum.
