I think those expensive niches such as personal media players will suffer heavily because everybody wants to save money. Also iTunes and Amazon music will suffer heavily since people will see more sense in downloading rather than buying music.
Maybe you can try to write about a new economic model. You can find about economic crisis everywhere..
take the niche you are already in...and then show how it is affected by the crisis. I wrote a post up that showed how the crisis affects my niche and got a ton of hits...my guess is that it will work in many niches
I think that making money/ internet marketing niches are still good demand in the economic crisis era. Because the potential buyers need the produts for making money in the crisis era.
