PotBS MMORPG information website, some revenue

Up for sale is one of the websites I enjoyed but can't develop to it's potential. It's a website about the online MMORPG Pirates of the Burning Sea, which was just launched on january 2nd.

It has several good points which make it easy to expand. Unfortunately I can't do it myself (explained in the Why Am I selling section). Traffic is increasing as you can see on the screenshots. Increasing it further will be easy since the game was just launched. It's perfect for someone who currently plays the game, wants to sell gold, or wishes to start on the web.





SEO Work
The website's SEO is near perfect. Each and every page feeds a title, desc and keywords to a header file, which means that each page is fully SEO friendly. Because of this, the website ranks 1-3 for many search terms (ie "navy officer commendations", "freetrader pennants", "potbs leveling guide"). Any new content will also result in top page rankings if any link building is done.

No link building whatsoever has been done so far. If needed I can show you where you can get 1500 directory listings for 60$. Reciprocal links to like-minded websites would help.

The Design
100% custom designed through the use of PHP/MySQL and includes. Because of the way the website is designed, updating it is very easy. The code is sexy.


Why Am I Selling?
While I like the game and I play it, I simply don't have the time to do it justice. I'm doing a master's degree on top of managing 4 websites so it's too much.

Hours per week
Up to you. It can be run on autopilot and get revenu from it's current high rankings, or you can work on it and increase the revenues. Updating news can take as little as 30 minutes a week.


What Needs to Be Done?
Many optional things can be done. Because of its current top rankings, you can put it on autopilot and you'll generate revenue each month. However the revenue would be significantly increased if some linkbuilding was done.

Basically all that needs to be done is to add content and then post on forums. Increasing traffic is very easy this way.

Bigger updates would include more in-game content (IE databases of ships/items/quests/etc).

I will assist the buyer if he needs more info on what to do.

Revenue Details:
Currently the website generates revenue through 3 sources:

AdSense: ~15$/month.
Amazon: 10$/month.
AdBrite: 5$/month.
