As of last Jan 11, 2009, I already had about 106 or 108 posts and I was listed as "Berserker". For 2 days after that, I was not able to use my computer because of power failure in my house and power resumed only on Jan 14. The next time I logged on to Digital, I noticed that my total posts was reduced to 98 and I was listed back as "Grunt". What could have gone wrong? Or could I have committed some serious infractions for which I did not even deserve the kindness of being informed about it?
Well it may be two reasons: - Your post may be deleted - Database Issue. If you go to your profile page check All post option you will find you have 105 posts. So it's likely to be Database error which occurs yesterday and it make problems in Post count.
Technical lapse, I'm glad it's just that, at least I'm safe from citations of infractions. Anyway, how could you be specific about the "105 posts"? My original post in this thread was my 101st, I made another post in this same forum and that was my 102nd. Now, in my count, this post I submit now should be my 103rd, bringing back my label as "Berserker" but having lost the "deleted" 8 or 9 posts, would that remain? Thanks anyway for that bit of info, am truly new around here.
Well your posts are not deleted, once problem solved you would have your post count. If you go by Find all posts by elenojo option from your profile you would see Showing results 1 to 25 of 108 Search took 0.06 seconds. Search: Posts Made By: elenojo Means your all 108 posts are their, just your count showing 102 posts.
Look here now, this post that I opened in the herein thread is listed as my 102nd post, and if you will now please look into this same forum at another thread, I have just posted another reply to an inquiry and that post of mine is also tagged as my 102nd. now which is which and what's the real score? Really something going awry?
