So maybe i'm retarded, but i've tried every which way to post a link back to my site when posting a craigslist ad. I see other people posting URL's, anchor text, even image links back to there site. But I get blocked every time.

    Please help?

It depends on what section i.e. the dating sections do not allow URL's. Also I've noticed certain keywords are blacklisted all together like 'pills'. Try taking off the http:/www. and just leaving yoursite.com wont be a link but still better then nothing.

and sometimes they block specific URLs. Like the domains that have giveaways if you get other people to sign up.

Hmm well im posting in the services section. Even posting my site search-placement.com wont work. Yet I see tons of other companies with URL's in multiple cities for the same service.

Tried using the "no email" way and it tells you to post contact info, but even there when I do it says no. Tried using other sites to see if mine is banned, and no still doesnt work. Tried posting from another ip block altogether and no still doesnt work.

There must be a way to do it....

Craigslist used to love me, but now my postings are being deleted too. I strongly recommend you dont overpost your ads, create multiple accounts and advertise different ads using different accounts

    have a super day ^__^

If you're trying to promote a forum or community, try posting it in the social get together / bulletin announcement areas for each city. This has been semi-decent for me.

Hmm yea, i bought craygo, seems worthless. Posted like 20 ads in an hour and my ip got banned, had to set up a proxy. Still its all worthless if I cant post a URL.

I just dont get how all these other people post them....

You probably spam craigs list so much that they banned your url, they do that sometimes, they also ban IP. And the flag system is great too.
Its very good that they do all these, as spammers can ruin it. Craigslist use to be so good, but dam spammers ruined it.

Even through they have IP ban, email ban, flag, domain block, multi post bloack and mods who delate post, it still gets spam sometimes.

You made 20 post? Your not allow to make more than 8 different post their. More than that they ban you.

IP did get banned, so i switched to proxy :D, and i could post again. But then the URL didnt work. I thought my URL got banned, tried using several others as a test, no luck either.

Oh well, so much for craigslist.
