Posting sites links yourself

    I've never really done that with my directories and I would only do that if the webmaster allowed me to use their email address with their url. Not that I spam, because I don't...it's just for some form of validity I guess. I do like the idea of a win-win situation, but somehow it wouldn't sit well with me to 'work' for them.

    IMHO it might be better to ask them if they would like their link on your directory and send you their info if they do. Rather than submit their link first without their permission and then send them an email with their password. :D

    IMHO, dose your software automaticley send out the password to the sites YOU listed. If so what script, if you dont mind me asking, do you use. Dose the script make the password.

    I'm the same as you, YMC. I only list non-commercial sites (Informative sites with Adsense are OK (assuming ad placement is sensible etc)) as most commercial sites don't sit well in a health web directory. It's not a business directory so I see no need to list dentists from Florida etc.
