Posting Service website for sale...

Hi,

I'm selling off the site www.ProfessionalPosting.com due to a lack of time to dedicate to updating it never mind running it. The sale includes the domain and all site files as seen there currently. As you can see it's not been updated in a while but with a couple of hours work you could have it ready to go.

Let me be clear that there are no customers with this sale - Outstanding work has been long since cleared up and no customers have been taken on recently due to real-life work commitments.

The site was originally coded in tables though I converted this to CSS a few months back. The few pages I've checked validate as X-HTML 1.0 Transitional for those of you that are interested.

The domain is registered at GoDaddy and is good until mid-August.

Finally, assume little or no traffic. Awstats indicate around 100 uniques per month though how much of that is potentially useful traffic I couldn't tell you. It's a starting point I suppose, but little advertising was done for the site bar forums such as these so don't expect to see visitors in their thousands.

Remember, this site is sold as seen - What you see is what you get, no more, no less. I'm happy to help you transfer the files and get you up and running though what you do beyond that is upto you. I've been as honest as I possibly can with this and I'd appreciate it if I only received serious questions/offers - I know this isn't worth a great deal but I'm not letting it go for 99 cents either!

As long as there are no serious objections I would like to shorten this to a 48 hour auction - I think it is in everyones interests rather than dragging it out till friday, as i strongly suspect there wouldn't be much additional interest anyway.

I've had a few requests for a BIN price so I'll review the site and post one up later on today once I've got a slightly better idea of what I can realistically ask for the package.
