OK, just had my first paypal dispute over 400 orders. apart from being pissed off at the seller I was expecting paypal to take my funds but instead they decided to pay the seller for me. I still dont believe the seller that they did not recieve the item but then again theres the small chance they are telling the truth. Ok upon reading paypal's resolution center crap I came accross the part about sending items registered. I send about 40% of my sales overseas which isnt a big market but it makes my business run. My items are extremely small and can be classified as a letter. Ok, my question is. Are there any good and cheap couriers out there who have extremely good rates for letter packages going all over the world (or to the major countries) to send a package as a package it would cost $19 (cheapest method) I was looking to find a courier who can do letters as low as $10 For a courier the cheapest method is Australia Post International Courier which comes in at a wopping $36 and that is upto 500g I believe. Anyone have any recomendations to a courier service? and does anyone have and prices they could forward me as most companies do not publically show the prices. ** Doesnt need to be express but more like a 4-7 delivery time frame.
