    Hello:

I've read the rules for posting on these particular sections, but I do think I meet the requirements to start posting new threads there.

Is there another rule I did not read about?

I do have more than 25 posts and positive reputation.

I am not sure about the 14 day requirment though. Can someone please check to see if I do meet the requirements or not and let me know how much longer I need to wait or what I need to do to take the restriction OFF.

    Thanks
    Juan

You joined DP on 17th March. You need to wait until the end of this month to be able to post in BST forum.

Those are the rules I read, but when I intend to make a post the rules that pop up are different. I do know the rules, I just could not remember when I signed up.

    It was answered already.

Please close this thread. Question was answered already.

    Also please remember that

    A) The clock doesn't start at registration time, but rather at the time of your first post (so 4:08 am that day), and

    B) When you meet the requirements, you have to wait for the cron job to run to automatically update your permissions. It usually takes about an hour, but in times of heavy database load or other database troubles it can take longer.
