    From where on website of Instagram can I post text or images to share? Under Posts the website is showing option to download App for sharing photos or videos.

    Till date, instagram doesn't have any feature to post images from the website. You will need to login to your account using their app in order to upload images.

    You have to go through the app to upload photos. Unless you can download something like BlueStacks and use Instagram from there

    As for me, BlueStacks is the best way to operate with Instagram with the PC.
    But sometimes it will be faster to use mobile version on a tablet: for example, if you need to create a list of influencers (opinion leaders) in your sphere.

    You can upload from PC browser as well. Follow steps.

    Go to your instagram profile and log in.
    Then press your keyboard Ctrl + Shift + I you will see this prntscr.com/macfs4 (open screenshot)
    Then click on there I have showed prntscr.com/macg4u (open screenshot)
    Then reload the page
    You now have the option like your phone. prntscr.com/macgf4 (open screenshot)

    So simple, yah?

    There are plenty of services that allow you to post through PC.
    Most of them are paid ones.
    Or you can only use Instagram app on your phone.
