    i know you might not be looking for advice but maybe explaining exactly what your forum is on the home page is a good start since i opened the page had no idea what the forum was about and closed the tab. So maybe that way you can get people to sign up once they land on the page. :)

    Suppose someone have posted more than 300 posts and didnt win then he wont get anything? Or is there any paid per post things here too
