As the poster above said, its dictated by their license.

However, since you live in Pakistan and they are US based, they may not be able to stop you. I have zero experience in Pakistani law, let alone international law between the two countries, so you will need to speak to a lawyer to get a concrete answer. I would assume they could sue you unless proven otherwise though, just to be safe.

Even if you are fully in Pakistan it still depends, a lot of countries have political agreements. I have my doubts about the US and Pakistan though. The only really safe bet is to consult a lawyer.

You can easily post WikiHow Articles to Your Blog or Website and share them with your readers on MySpace, Blogger, WordPress, TypePad or LiveJournal. Adding WikiHow's educational articles to your website or blog is a great way to add content and value for your visitors.

or you can just re-write their articles in your own words. I honestly wouldn't recommend copying articles from an established website like wikihow, you never know what efforts they do to keep their content unique. If you are seriously worried then go over their terms and conditions to make sure you're not infringing on any copyright laws.
