I have set it up Postfix mail server on a VPS hosting.
When i send email the emails are going to the SPAM box. I have tried everything, changing hostname on postfix, add SPF records to the domain, and nothing the email are stll going to the SPAM box. I have checked the domain is not in the black list.

    What can i do?

make sure you IP is in NO blacklist !
    http://www.dnsbl.info/dnsbl-database-check.php
if your IP is on any BL then there is no need to go any further down this article!

make sure you have all main.cf properly configured
incl but NOT limited to correct headers for your own email sent
    correct domain, hostname,
    reverse look up

test your mail server for relay
    http://www.abuse.net/relay.html
to make sure your server never gets abused by spammers sending mail through your server

to get full help you need to post postconf -n
better however to subscribe to postfix mail list for more efficient help
