Greetings. Our travel agency is trying to market our services to non-profits charity groups. The idea is very simple. A charity group distributes marketing materials we supply to thier supporter asking them to use us to book thier next vacation. In return we will donate x amount of dollars to that charity as a referral thank you. We want to create a couple of sample postcards and flyers to show to local charities that we are pitching the program. The theme of the marketing campaign is "How Far Will You Go." You do not have to get into the specifics of how the program works as the point is to show samples of the marketing materials we will give them. Remember the target audience of the piece is the traveler not the organization per se. Some sample text we've been working on: "How far would you go to support a cause you believe in? Cancun? Paris? How about Australia? Our professional travel consultants can take you farther than you ever dreamed while helping to raise money to fight Alzheimer’s. Since you are going to travel anyway, why not book through our local travel agency and know that you are helping the Alzheimer’s Association of Central Ohio earn money to support their worthwhile programs." Please do not feel constrained by this text as I am open to your ideas and suggestions. The two organizations I am planning to pitching on this program are: Alzheimer's Association of Central Ohio CHA Animal Shelter I've attached a image file of a similar campaign another travel agency used. We are not looking for a clone of this ad. I've added it to give you ideas and a feel of the approach. Remember its a soft sell. I know that is a lot of info but I wanted to be clear what I was looking for. As I have to go out of town for week on Saturday, I would like to wrap up this contest by 10:00pm EST on Friday June 13th. We will be using a professional print shop and need the files at 300dpi.
