I've been in the Amazon affiliate program for a few months and have made around $100 a month with about a 2 percent conversion rate. Just wondering the peoples averages were. Thanks.
For the past months I am averaging about $100 and I wonder why for June and July my sales has flat lined. Now I am working on promoting my sites again.
My 2009 conversion rates: Jul so far - 8.59% (1980 clicks) Jun - 7.7% (2779 clicks) May - 8.23% (3996 clicks) Apr - 7.91% (3238 clicks) Mar - 7.76% (2589 clicks) Feb - 7.47% (2435 clicks) Jan - 6.78% (1918 clicks) Mine's a book review blog. Best month is May where I have 329 orders but only shipped 300 items.
I get around 3% to 4%. I just started selling amazon products. It would be good if I can get that rate for other ads types.
Mostly search engines, other people's blog links, online forums when people link to my blog, amazon itself as you can put a link on your profile page. It's increasing very slowly
I get about 20% conversion rate... I have to say my traffic is low but conversion rate is quiet high... for some reason I have not sold a single thing this months. It makes me worry.
I've seen a 30% drop in clicks with Amazon over the past 3-4 months, but a 95% drop in conversions - currently trying to figure out what is going on. One person told me they'd bought something through my site to help support it, but it never showed up on the Amazon reports... not sure what is going on.
My conversion rate is generally below .1% by the end of the month. So I am jealous of several of those who have posted better conversion rates. This month so far it looks like this: Clicks 7407 Conversion 0.53%. The good news is that the number of my orders, I am getting, have been increasing as have the number of clicks almost every month this year. All of my traffic is search engine related and almost all clicks come from individual products on web pages as opposed to an aStore.
