There's no ebook you can buy even if it's 3am, and it's a short post without every specific detail given, but I think it might be useful to the right person . . . I work in alot of different niches, but this is one of my most successful business models, and earns me more than a full time income (much more than I make as a university teacher, anyhow), and since I've lived in 5 different countries during the last 10 years, I've found it a good way to build assets that continue to grow into the future,without a lot of work after the initial set up.
