Post Lister for Wordpress

I am working on narutovids, it's my site, but the problem is I can't seem to find a way to list all the posts, so the users can pick from which episode to pick, you get it? Also I need help to make the search work, like something that automatically makes tags if its possible. Thanks guys!

(you don't have to use it as a sitemap classic, but navigational tool for users)
I had also one great plugin bookmarked, which listed posts from A-Z, but cannot find it now
