Post limit before sending pm`s

    there should be a required amount of posts say 20 before members can send PM`s

    similar to posting url`s

    i`m fed up with people with no posts pm`ing me with crap

    You could even make it higher... say a hundred. Would definitely keep away spammers.

    its a good idea, some forums make you input a captcha code until you reach x number of posts.
