There's a plugin called Automatic SEO Links. You will have to define keywords once and after that, it will automatically link first keyword in any post to URL you specify. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/automatic-seo-links/
That's a nice plugin, but I will recommend you to do it manually so that you will have full control on whether the keyword or tag needs to get a link
