    I think its basically the quality content that should be keyword rich, it surely makes your site more seo and ultimately produces good results in the form of free traffic from serach engines like in mine case. I get 90% of my traffic from search engines as my site has top 10 rankings with more than three keywords. It is all that makes a webmaster happy like me........:)
