Post feed from a group of bloggers

    Hi.

    I'm looking to set up a blog that connects the output from blogs in my geographic area.

    Key features would be:
    * An RSS feed for all new posts
    * Easily updateable
    * List of included blogs displayed on page

    Does something like this already exist? If not: any ideas on what would be the easiest way to accomplish it?
