Sorry guys I didn't get any posting done today... got a big drama on my main forum (not the new one) that I need to deal with... will be back on deck tomorrow at some point and will catch up then.

I can try since I have a health forum; however, I have to tell you that I am not an expert, so I just post as an amateur and observer rather than as a specialist or certified trainer. Is that ok?
