As we are pushing to get our forums over 100,000 posts this month, I would like to offer a post exchange. Our site is already very built and we get around 800 unique visitors per day, but a few extra posts here and their will still help us grow! Anywase, I would like to offer a 5:5 post exchange! hmm...I thought I did pretty well. I posted a movies review thread, introduced myself with this statement in a thread, "Hello Everyone! My name is "Rick" and I just found this site via another forum! Looks like a great place, love the forum design as well! Hope to get to know a few of you" I did nothing but complement how well designed your forum is in a few threads. May I remind you that the purpose of this post exchange is to encourage other users to post and to make your community look like a great place. So with myself asking questions and complementing the forum, other users will get involved resulting in even more posts I thought the posts that I had made were of much more quality than the ones you made. I can't believe all of this fuss over something so simple that took 5 minutes of your day, I'm sorry man "laughs out loud" You took more time actually coping and pasting those posts than we both did actually at posting on the sites. In the agreement, did I state where I was going to post on your forums and in what section? You only had 2 sections I could post in "Introduction" and "General Chat" So I split it up, I posted 3 in the introduction and 3 in the general chat. Like I said, mine were much more "User friendly" replying to others threads encouraging those users to post and showing them how nice of a place your forums is (I may of fibed on that though)
ok man now I ask you what is the meaning of saying how nice forum is and that you hope you will have nice time here when you are only about to post 5 posts and leave .... ? ..... meaningful post exchange is when you interact with users or post some interesting topic ... We will see how many replies you will get and how many I will get right ?
Again, it encourages those users to come back. People enjoy being welcomed into your community. If someone said hi in an introduction thread and no one replyed, what will that telll the user? About how many replys I will get and how many you will get. Is this even a fair question? My forum gets 800 unique hits per day with more than 3,300 forum members while your site only has 33 members. Intelligence will show that your threads on my site will get dozens of more replys than what my threads on your site will get My tip of the day since your site only has 33 members, take all the posts you can get.
Sorry again for all of the confusion. The entire purpose of this thread is to get some activity to both our forums, helping both of us out. So much for this thread huh?
