Post display order/sort in Showthread

How to display the first post in the thread ?

In my new forum, when some one reply, it appears as the first post and the original/previous post moves down,
How to change it?

you have to set the thread display mode to 'Linear' This can be done by going to http://forums.digitalpoint.com/profile.php?do=editoptions on your forum and scrolling down to "Thread Display Options" and change Thread Display mode to Linear

That is fine for each user.
But I am the Admin of the forum and I need to change the Global view as Linear oldest

I dont own a VB forum any more but from what i do remember there is an option called "Post options" or similar where your able to change the global view to linear
