Post Database Crash - Needs Fixed - Wordpress

    I logged into my blog and found all post / pages had vanished.

    I didn't freak too much because I saw that tags etc were still active.

    So I logged into phpAdmin and went to the post field.

    #145 - Table './XXXXXX_wrdp1/wp_posts' is marked as crashed and should be repaired

    If you can fix this (repair the DB) let me know how much.

    Do you have the most recent database backup for your blog? I can repair your table for most case, repair db will fix that but sometimes we need to drop and recreate the table.

    in phpmyadmin it is normally enough to check the table and repair it. there is an option for that at the bottom.
