hi there guys..i have been using the internet as my full time income source for the past5 years,and have made lots of money as an affiliate promoting products from clickbank,cj and the likes. i decided to get a affiliate program for my own product and decided to go along withpost affiliate pro starter kit which had a maximum of 50 affiliates allowed..i wanted to try things out before moving on to the bigger version. with things moving along,i decided to get the next version of it which was the xpress version. stated clearly on their website was this "What is the Upgrade Policy? You can always upgrade to a higher edition (for example from Xpress to Pro). The upgrade cost is the price difference between the editions at the time of purchase. " "There are no contracts or hidden fees; you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at anytime. For upgrades to higher edition or cancellations, just contact our support. There are no restrictions, no questions asked. " but when my admin person contacted them they didnt allow upgrading to xpress version and they want us to upgrade to the most expensive version. i feel like they are ripping me off.anyone else had issues with them before?
Hi, I'm from Quality Unit and I would like to know the name of agent or ticket number, where you were told, that you can't upgrade. It is pretty common, that our users upgrade from Starter edition to Xpress edition ! I think there has to be any misunderstanding, because upgrades do our clients every day.
