I bought post affiliate pro. I asked a lot of questions before buying. SO I bought it and then needed to know how to do some things with it so I asked on the forum. Nobody replied I posted a few questions on the forum but still no reply from admin or anybody else. So then I emailed Post affiliate pro to say the software was no good to me so please refund my money. First email was to say help with problem but the help was no good as the software could not do what I wanted. Anyway they ignore my requests now for refund so I wasted money I could have spent on something else other affiliate software I found can do what I want now-and more. They say there is a 30 day money back guarantee but they seem to not obey this statement which is on website.
What have you been trying to do? I've set it up for some clients, perhaps I can help. Are you looking to replace it with something else if you can't get it to work? If you truly want a refund, file a chargeback with your credit card company.
I've not seen any claims that PAP can replicate websites, sorry I can't help there. Have you made a request to PayPal for a refund? There is another affiliate management script I use that builds replicated websites for your affiliates: check it out here. While its more than PAP, it can replicate sites.
Yes I had a bit of a moody email from one of their people Marcus just now saying the refund is issued but takes two or three days to go through their system. I will check. Hey I just want my money back as the software don't do what I want.I know they think I am trying to fiddle them but I am not. But software companies are like this someone said to me Most are not bothered too much about customer service so long as soon as a sale is made to you things change.
I would wait 2 - 3 days for the refund. If it is not done then give them another email. If nothing comes out of it then put in a dispute with PayPal.
Hey Proinet, do you think that groundbreak (the software you suggested) is the best and most robust software available? Any others you'd suggest? I was also considering PAP, but I am really confused. I also need it to integrate with Miva Merchant if possible. I am looking for a good one and I am willing to pay extra for it. Thanks for any suggestions.
There are reviews of some of the most used affiliate tracking software at http://www.affiliateseeking.com/affiliate-software/1.html I don't know about groundbreak, maybe you should contact them to ask, but Affiliate Trail seems to have integration for Miva shopping cart after looking at the reviews.
Trouble is most of this software does not allow you to make a replicating web page and I would have thought this is one of the most important things to be able to do. Only Jrox I found have this facility. I wish Idev affiliate would incorporate this into their affiliate software.
I just look at the reviews of each software and it says that the Ulimate Software one does provided by groundbreak. The thing is, you need a little knowledge of some scripting languages to do this. Why don't you try contacting them and see what they offer, they may even help you to set this up and things. Just a thought.

Post Affiliate Pro is now completely redesigned and reimplemented. Currently it is best Affiliate software on market ! Also support was improved (minimum 6 support agents are answering mails/chat every day) Plus they introduced in last versions features, which no other software has ... like rebrandable PDF documents for each affiliate and similar ... Refund policy is still the same, if you don't like the product and want refund within 30 days, they do refund without questions.
They sell monthly a lot of licenses and they answer every ticket within 24 hours (during business days). Their support team is working daily 6 support agents answering tickets of our customers. You can see also in their forum, that posts are answered periodically and their try to resolve every problem of each customer. It's possible that their support was bad, but now is very good. If you order something you can ask for refund within 30 days without any questions.
ringtonegeezer, what was the other affiliate software that you found that can do what you want? We are looking for a good, reliable affiliate software and it would be great to have your feedback as to the best you found in your research (and anyone else that has affiliate software suggestions). Thanks!
