Possibly selling LOTROGuilds.net

Hello everyone, I have been working very hard the past couple months on my website http://www.lotroguilds.net. The month of may was my first full month and I earned $46.11 through google. That is with 0 real promotion, just word of mouth and search engines. I have no idea what to even ask for on a site like this. It has HUGE potential and is already the most popular site for guild listings. If you would like to make me and offer or have any idea what its worth please post or send me a PM.

I am sending screenshot from google, I just switched hosts a couple days ago so I dont have proof of stats. The old host was way to slow, I didn't even think about taking a screen shot.

Hello, if you have recieved an offer, could you please post the price? Could you please post an image with the traffic/referrals and it would be good to see a screenshot that shows the time interval for adsense.

 

I had an offer of $80 which is way to low for me to sell it. The custom design is worth that alone imo. Like I said in previous post I have no way of posting the awstats because I just changed hosts.

I posted on a few other forums and asked around, I have been told it is worth 400-600. I do have a 300 offer on the table, I would honestly like to get $400-450.

I just landed a deal with a gold selling site, place there logo on the site for $30 a month.
