Possibly selling arcade website, good revenue

    I may be selling my arcade games website (arcaderush.com) but it depends if i get a good enough amount of money.. all info is below;

    THe website

    Domain: Arcaderush.com, PR4 many PR3 subpages, predicted PR6
    License: GameSiteScript x 1 with 1079 games.
    Age of site: 3-4 months
    Alexa rank: 243,553

    Revenue

    This month so far, it has made $230 from Google Adsense, $15 from one banner placement, and $60 for two months banner placement. So in total $275 so far.I havent tried using any other programs such as ZangoCash, or popups so more revenue could be made there, and if you have a YPN account revenue could be doubled easily i think. Note: Revenue has dropped since the visitors are getting to realise that the ads are games, but if you were to advertise the website i am sure it would rise..

    note: i have not paid to advertise the website since it has been online

    I have put a new design on the website worth $45. The website was under page one on google for addicting games, although someone suggested i had over optimised but its still around page 2 so easier enough to get back up to page #1. I have adsense stats, but the website did not earn much untill i had someone optimise the placement of the adverts, but since i have changed the design, i am still playing around with it.

    As i said, i will sell if i think offers are good enough.

    Good luck with your site, but please confirm it in adsense forum you may be violating adsense tos by puting images next to google ads, ive aske google directly about this for one of my site and they told me that i need to have circle around images or maybe ads.
    But to confirm please post your site in adsense forum and other members will let you know.
