    I know HTML, CSS and JavaScript...and I love to design websites.

    At this moment I am so much interested to work with Wordpress (CMS).

    Is it possible for me? What I have to do and how can I get clear information about WP development process?

    The Codex as mentioned, it well documents the Php coding behind WordPress. I did say Php, so a working knowledge with Php is advantageous.
