Hello Everyone, I am back from my long long vacation.. Actually I won't be back that long, I just need to find a reliable sponsor/partner for my upcoming projects. In the past I have been known for running Private servers for MMORPG's, The last one I ran made roughly $2,000 in donations the first month alone and it ran for about 10 months. I stopped working on the server and shut it down because I got extremely busy in my work in real life and had no time to update it and keep the community interested. After running my last private server for around 10-11 Months, I made close to $9,000 and split it evenly with my sponsor. That is always my agreement when I have a sponsor, you provide me with the server to setup/run my game, I will provide you with half of all the donations. You legally can't charge for anything on a private server if you want to keep it running for a long time, So I have several disclaimers I put on the site and I only accept Donations. Sure you get rewards for donating, but you technically are not buying anything.. So after they donate, they can get a reward.. But they can never get a refund, Its a donation.. If they have an issue they try to settle it with me and if it can't be done oh well. So all money made off private servers is 100% legal and you will never have any issues with it. The Private Server I ran that made close to 9k was a FlyFF private server, and that is what I want to setup again. Does this sound interesting to you? If so, Let me know what type of Windows Dedicated Server you can provide to me. I require the first month no payments are required, but after the first month you are GUARANTEED 100% server costs, and 50% of all donations. (Say we made $2,000 one month. Server cost is $250 a month, I pay you $250, we have $1,750 left and we split that EVENLY) So you pretty much make 50% of the profits for providing me with a server for a month free.. Nice deal right? And if there are any issue's where you are not paid for that month you can simply stop providing the server if you want. AFTER We get this first private server up and running and we have a steady income I plan to branch out into different Private Servers to bring in even more income. Of course when that happens, We will have enough money to pay for the server upfront and not need any month free. It will take me AT MOST one week to have it fully setup/running. So we should start seeing donations come in after the seventh day of having the server.
I am interested in this. My only doubt is how can you be so sure that within one month the server will already have enough donations to pay for itself ? I have a MuOnline season 6 server and it's taking me a lot of time to get users in it.. please PM me your MSN.
