Possible TradeMark Issue with TM product site content / advertising?

I Am on the process of planning a site and want to have my ducks in a row first. The domain name would not be a TM violation.

Basically I am a bit confused about TM legalities when it comes to creating webpages that are about a trademarked products & putting advertisements on said pages.

The pages would be giving information & details on product x, y, z, etc etc & make it clear that my site is not related to, affiliated with company a, b, c etc etc

I am guessing that there really should not be too much issue with these pages highlighting these products if they are just by themselves.

Are there any legit ways a site / pages like this be monetized w/o having to worry too much about TM Issues?

I get worried when it comes to "monetizing the site & these pages".

Am I risking big trouble if I had something like adsense on these pages & it decides to advertise competing products? What if I were able to control the advertising & only show ads related to x product etc. Perhaps I need to come up with a way to show "non industry related ads" on these pages? Or no ads at all on these pages?

Finding a way to monetize the site in an appropriate way is very important. I almost feel like I Could be overkilling it but want to be safe.

I understand that I would most likely get a C&D in most cases, but would like to avoid that drama and do things right.

Being able to show some regular ads would be nice, but if I need to have some affiliate program type links or something else then so be it.

Any input or help would be greatly appreciated.

Since you state the domain name isn't an issue, it doesn't sound like you have much to worry about as long you make it clear you aren't affiliated with the trademark holder and don't use their images without permission. There is nothing wrong with doing reviews and running adsense on them.
