Go to you account click on adds and page there would be an option administrator just add another admin.if you want to remove your self you can also do this..but i am suggesting you do not remove your self just add another admin.
yes it is simple just go to edit friends on your fan page and type in the persons name you want to transfer it too
Go to "Edit page" option of your facebook fan page then "Manage Admins" options and enter the E-mail address of the person whom you would like to make an admin of that page.
