    Yes you would. Do it then put the page for review. I bet you won't be able to use any content there.
    Why not focus on single advertising company, this is more reliable and will really remove any kind of confusion from your web pages. Unless I understand the whole thing wrong.

    You can have other ads with adsense as long as other ads don't look similar to adsense ads.

    No you can't

    Adsense, Bidvertiser and/or Adbrite can't go together as there ad format is pretty much similar.
