possible to make Span tag equal size cross browser?

    Hi,

    I am trying to make my span tags for my navigation menu align correctly in internet explorer as well as firefox. Just wondering if it's possible to adjust them for internet explorer users as wel whilest ok in firefox, IE needs the adjustmentl. I have it perfect in firefox, not IE. Maybe padding or margin adjustment would do it?

    You can have IE specific CSS apart from the common css.
