Possible to make a real estate DVD?

I would like to have a real estate DVD made, that should work on most home DVD systems.

The idea is make a selection of houses that are for sale.
In the main menu people should be able to choose a state and then select their city and then see a list of houses that are available.

Is this possible and do you have a estimate of how much it will cost?

 

it's not a feasible business model in this day and age.

if anything, you want to do it over the internet, for a bunch of reasons... forget dvd's.

It iks for a county where the internet access % is around 5% tot 10%, but where 60% to 70% of the houses have a DVD player.
