Possible to change the ad font?

Nope. Not unless you're a premium publisher. You can do it using javascript tags, but if they catch you and you're not premium, you're toast.

 

Bidvertiser let's you change ad font and size. Ads don't work exactly like Adsense ads but you can make a nice earnings with them.

 

Are bidvertiser reputable? Do they pay out?

yeah, bidvertsiser pays well and on time. The checks come from Israel so usually about an extra week delay. The ads on the other hand are highly irrelevant, yet bids per click in my niche are about 500% higher, but the ads are hihgly poluted with out-of-niche casino / dating ads.

I use bidvertsiser as my replacement ad for when adsense ads are out of inventory
