Possible sitemap and robots problem - am I doing this wrong?

    Google webmasters tool is telling me that there are 3 errors in my site map, AND my robots.txt file.

    The links are disclaimer.html, privacy.html, and contact.html. All 3 links are in both files - is this a bad thing?
