I think i've been scammed out of 50.00 from a 50% down payment for my final services I ordered some services from user downeastdesign http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1947246 He had a buy 1 get free sale we started to communicate thru here dp then on email he did a website for me and was suppose to fix something sinse October 4th he has not even communicated back via email or paypal claim beware this could be a possible scam The project was suppose to $100.00 for a 5 page website full coded ect he was done with his mock ups ect I sent the user numerous email before posting this now i gotta revamp my costs with the project
Obviously because nobody is gonna stop him from getting similar negetive itrader in exchange. Play it safe theory.
