    LMAO, just put it up for sale with a minimum of 4000. People dont want to do due diligence on a site that is "possibly" for sale.

    my advice to you is if you are serious about selling it then tell people its for sale and forget all this possibly business other wise you possibly won t get any offers. lol

    Yes, it is a possible sale.

    When you do decide if it is for sale please get back with costs/gross/net profit/traffic/asking price
    let me know if its an auction or if you have a BIN
    BIN = Buy it now.

    If you want a decent price, ie more than 8 months net profit then you need to be prepared to back that up with facts/stats/income over a longer period.

    I'm quite happy with private stats if you wish, but maybe you should say PM me for further info.

    Either way, if your serious then please PM me with stats, for 3 months if possible.

    Sorry, but they are right. I wouldn't like wasting time on a website "possible for sale" What I really think is that you want to give the impression that you don't care whether the site sells or not. Anyway I will never consider a serious seller he who hasn't decided to sell.

    You have a few outgoing links on the site, possibly revenue streams so obviously any potential bidder needs to know the net profit before making any bid $4k or otherwise. It looks a decent site so I'm sure if you can furnish the right info you'll get bids.
