Possible Sale: Unique video game image resource

Hello, I am seeing if there is any sort of interest in my site http://www.gamescreenie.com

The site has been registered for 16 months and has really been operating in its current form since the beginning of July. It currently has a page rank of four and is sitting at a 489,427 Alexa ranking and climbing weekly. There are also 423 pages indexed in Google.

GameScreenie was built to be a video game image resource for games webmasters and journalists. As such it hosts unmarked screenshots with the ability for custom zip downloading so users can grab any images they need. Until approximately three weeks ago the site was updated daily and there are more than 350 galleries hosted with well over 3500 images.

Traffic is averaging 18 visitors a day and 60 pageviews per day. I have gotten feedback from a number of the regular users thanking me for the service.

Why am I considering a sale? College has started up again and I have a lot on my plate with classes, work, and a family to spend time with.

If I decide to sell the purchaser would be given all the sources I use to acquire images and instructions on uploading galleries (it takes about 5 seconds after ftp transfer to add or update a gallery).

dnScoop values the site at $12,051 which I know is inflated but I am looking for a good return on my investment in a custom CMS and the countless hours spend researching and updating the site.

So is anyone interested? If I get an offer I like I would consider selling but I am not set on it yet. Tons of potential with only one competitor at this time.
